Individual therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of emotional and relational patterns as they show up in daily life. Together, we pay attention to anxiety, familiar ways of relating, and moments where your own needs or voice feel harder to access.

Our work is collaborative and paced with care, guided by what feels supportive and sustainable rather than rushed.

Individual Therapy May Be Helpful If You Want To:

  • understand recurring emotional or relational patterns

  • work through anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm

  • explore attachment dynamics and how they show up in relationships

  • strengthen boundaries and self-trust

  • reconnect with your own voice and sense of agency

What Sessions Are Like

Sessions are thoughtful, paced, and grounded in the present moment. While we may explore past experiences, we do so in a way that feels contained and respectful of your capacity.

You’re always in charge of the pace, and we regularly check in about what feels helpful.

Sessions are 45 minutes and offered through secure online therapy.
