About

I’m Lauren Kelley, a licensed clinical social worker offering online therapy for adults in Tennessee.

I work with people who are thoughtful and self-aware, yet often carrying more than they let on — a steady undercurrent of anxiety, familiar relationship patterns — ways of relating that repeat even when they’re no longer working — or a quiet sense of disconnection.

I’m interested in how people adapt to survive emotionally, how patterns develop over time, and how clarity and choice grow through understanding rather than pressure. My work is shaped by curiosity, reflection, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

I offer individual therapy, EMDR therapy, and group therapy, all through secure online sessions. I’m EMDRIA Certified and have been in clinical practice for over 20 years, drawing from relational, attachment-focused, and psychodynamic traditions. When helpful, I also incorporate skills from cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support coping and emotional regulation.

If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to explore the therapy pages to learn more about how the work unfolds, or reach out with questions.
